Welcome!
I conduct research on programs in Africa and India in order to
develop concrete research on fundamental questions about post-conflict
recovery, poverty alleviation and community governance.
I also
specialize in impact evaluations in order to better understand the
impact of cash grants on broader development, how large-scale
infrastructure development compares to individual level programs, and
how these programs be expanded or augmented to improve performance.
I have consulted for the World Bank, International Labour
Organization and International Youth Foundation on postconflict and
small enterprise development. I recieved my PhD in
Economics from the University of California,
Irvine in 2009.
